My sincere and heartfelt condolences to my cousins, Sam, Andrew and Tina, on the loss of their precious mother, Melissa.
I will always remember her kindness, her laughter, and the warmth she brought. She was an incredible cook and made the most beautiful and delicious cakes. She was always willing to bake for our family.
Although I hadn’t seen Melissa in many years, I am grateful I had the privilege of visiting her with my family and praying over her days before her passing.
The photo I’m sharing was taken many years ago on the day my uncle married Melissa. She looked so beautiful and happy. My brother Otto and I are very young in the picture, however I remember that moment fondly. 💓

Just wanted to share a picture I found of grandma at my mom's baby shower for my brother. With her mother, my mom, and my other grandma. Sending everyone back in time a while because I love her smile here.
We will forever appreciate Aunt Melissa’s kindness and generosity. The cakes she made for our wedding were an expression of love we will never forget. Aunt Melissa will be deeply missed.

We worked together at Arnold Oil. She always had a smile and a kind word. I truly missed her when I left the company. My heartfelt condolences to her family and I know she will be shining on you from above.
Melissa and I attended St. Thomas Episcopal school in Houston. I vividly remember that I had several very smart classmates, but Melissa was the smartest of all. She was nice, quiet and shy. It was sad when she left to go to public school.
I am so sorry that she passed and will be praying for your family.

Missy was quite the book worm and loved to cook with our mom. Unfortunately I was the kitchen cleaner. We played on our trampoline and had a great time as children. Life was awesome until our Father passed. Hard for all of us especially Missy who was away dancing Scottish but Dad told her to go, yet she never got over that. We managed. I'm glad she made beautiful cakes and food for years. She always had a lot of friends from everywhere. Happiness is now hers with the Lord.
I remember Melissa being there for me whenever I needed a helping hand with Ginny. She never said no. I'm sure she was tired but she loved being a grandma. She take them out to the movies, the mall and the park. She didn't have much but what she gave in return was priceless. Her time!!! I miss you. Ginny misses you but we know you are at peace and in a better place. We love you. Keep watching over us.
