Life brings joy into our lives in many ways. I believe that when we open our hearts, God allows good to enter through Blessings!! One of those Blessings entered my life during my college years at St. Mary's Seminary and U.S.T. in Houston. I was paired with Ann to teach Sunday School at St. Francis. What a joy!! What an experience. It was then that Ann became the BEST Sister-Friend ever!! Many Cherished Memories!!
Another Blessing entered my heart through my Sister-Friend!! Her husband, Ray, was to be a big added Blessing!! Matthew's Tribute to his Dad says it all!! I can only add that he put up with Weekend Stay Overs from the St. Mary's Gang with the Biggest Smile and Greatest of Friendship!! I always believed that my Sister-Friend and her husband were joined by God!! You know you're Family when you still tell stories of Whiskers the cat!!
I hold that deepest of admiration for Parents!! The Greatest of Blessing and Answers to Prayers was when Ann & Ray were Blessed with two Awesome Sons!! The Beauty of Faith tells me that Ray is "Smiling" down on Ann and their Family...He will "Live On" in each of them!!
Ann, Matthew, & Jonathan...Love & Prayers are with you!! Just close you eyes and relax for a moment and you'll feel warmth of your Best Friend, Husband, and Dad!!
