We had many years of fun and memories with Paul. He was very smart, so kind to us all and we shared many laughs through the years. We will never forget Paul and feel so blessed to have known him. Jim and Diane Tobin lit a candleJim and I first met Paul at an ALS support meeting. Jim instantly enjoyed being around him at the meetings. Paul was always filled with ideas and research he had done on the internet to discover aids for those afflicted with ALS. Before we went to meetings Jim would often comment - I wonder what new gadget Paul will tell us about this time! Paul wanted to contribute to the lives of those facing the same disease as him. His kindness and generous spirit were always felt at the meetings. He was never angry - he always had that beautiful smile and twinkle in his eyes. He was a shining example of not being bitter about the path one's life may take - instead he found good and reasons to smile as he went down his difficult road. I am sure he is whole again and with the Lord. Jim and I are so thankful Paul entered our lives. Knowing Paul makes us stronger as will follow his path.
