George Nelson III's Obituary
George Nelson III, age 57, of Houston, Texas, passed away on April 26, 2026. He is survived by his loving wife, two sons, two godchildren, five brothers, two sisters, and a host of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Nelson, and his sisters, Christal Tompson and Stephanie Nelson.
George was known for his great sense of humor, his deep love for people, and his unwavering devotion to his family. Above all, he loved God. Being a father was one of his greatest joys, and he was immensely proud of his two sons.
As an independent truck driver, George conducted himself with integrity, fairness, and the highest standards. His work ethic and character left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him.
George will be deeply missed. Rest in God, my love.
