My thoughts and prayers are with the entire family and "PeeWee" as he was affectionately called will always remain in our hearts. He was one of the best "drummers" in school. The Jefferson Davis High School classmates and Marshall Jr. High will always cherish your memories.

I am so sorry for your loss. Darryl had an amazing gift for being present in every conversation. In a crowded room he could chat with you casually and before you knew it he had found common ground and had you laughing. He brought happiness to the room with that infectious laugh.
It is easy to say that his daughter Jordan was the joy of his life. From the moment she was born I have never seen a more proud Dad! I am certain he is in heaven sharing stories about her to everyone within hearing distance.
It is comforting to know we will see him and many other loved ones in heaven.
