Bernadine C. Kominczak's Obituary
Bernadine C. Kominczak, age 93, born on April 28, 1932 in Brenham, Texas to Frank and Valeria Pribilski, died peacefully on September 29, 2025 in Houston, Texas. She lived with Alzheimer’s Disease for several years and fought it with dignity until the very end.
Bernadine met the love of her life, Tony, and soon moved to Houston. She was a loving homemaker, devoted wife, and loving mother.
Bernadine was preceded in death by her husband, Tony; daughter, Gloria, her parents, Frank and Valeria; brothers, Clem and Ernest; two infant brothers; and grandbaby, Christopher.
She is survived by her daughters, Lorraine George and her husband, Gene, and Peggy Landino and her husband, Brian; her sons, Dennis Kominczak and his wife, Donna, and Eugene Kominczak; grandchildren who loved their Maw Maw, Kristy Wisdom and her husband, Blane, Marcus Kominczak and his wife, Shelly, Shawntelle Sons and her husband, Corey, Brandy Bolin and her husband, Phil; great-grandsons, Ryland and Cash Sons; and great-grand-daughter, Harper Sons.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, October 7, 2025 at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, 3600 Brinkman Street in Houston, Texas. A viewing and visitation will begin one hour prior to Mass. All are invited to a reception immediately following the Mass.
Honored to serve as Pallbearers are Gene George, Brian Landino, Marcus Kominczak, Blane Wisdom, Corey Sons, and Doug Pribilski.
The Rite of Committal will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery in Houston, Texas.
