My brief encounters with Benson left me with the confidence that he was truly a kind, caring gentleman always helpful to my many questions of how best to bring my belongings back to T&T. He leaves a legacy for us all to emulate. Sending you all love and light at this difficult time. Maria Gomes and family. Priya sends warm hugs to the girls!

Reynold Roberts lit a candleBenson was s one in a life time brother/friend. He was a true example of a "Good Neighbour." Looking back I see the acolyte, the cowboy, and friend. He was a true exemplar and lived his life as close to God's commandments as possible. He was strong and argumentative with Custom Official when making his case, leaving them shaking their heads, having been educated. His children have big shoes to fill, but a Benson Cecil Douglas, can never be replaced. Rest in Peace, Dear Brother, I will hold you in my heart, until I can hug you in heaven.
